The Role

 

Our client is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong UI design skills who can take concepts from brainstorming to beautiful execution across digital and visual platforms. You’ll be working closely with our strategists, developers, and brand teams to create designs that aren’t just good—they’re memorable.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for digital and print media. Design and deliver UI/UX assets for websites, apps, and digital platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop campaign concepts. Translate brand strategy into compelling visual identities. Maintain a consistent visual language across all client work. Participate in creative reviews, give and receive constructive feedback. Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies. Lead design projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

 

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in UI design. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and UI/UX work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and design systems. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Proactive attitude with a hunger to experiment, ideate, and break the mold. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

 

Nice to Have

Experience working in a fast-paced creative agency or startup. Motion design or animation skills. Knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required but a bonus). Interest in branding, storytelling, and design thinking.
