We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with proven experience creating high-impact visual communications across print and digital channels, with special focus on temporary signage solutions. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex information into compelling visuals while maintaining brand integrity, demonstrates advanced technical skills in design software, and efficiently manages multiple projects with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain high-quality visual content across digital and print communications (brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, signage/posters for workplace postings) that adhere to client brand guidelines and effectively communicate information.Design compelling, production-ready artwork for temporary signage and marketing materials that maximize visual impact while considering application, removal, and cost-effectiveness.Develop versatile templates that maintain brand consistency while allowing for quick updates to recurring communications needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative leads, project managers, facilities, and communications teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.Prepare print-ready files, coordinate with vendors, and provide guidance on optimal placement and installation of temporary materials.Translate complex business information into visually enticing, easy-to-understand designs that maintain brand standards while creating emotional impact.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Manage and contribute to the creative request intake process, collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, and working with team members to effectively allocate and prioritize design tasks.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, particularly in print materials and temporary signage.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated expertise in typography, production techniques, large-format printing, and various mounting solutions, supported by a portfolio of successful design projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively and maintain strong client relationships.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making sound technical decisions based on established standards and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to comprehend complex requirements and recommend process improvements.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines while adhering to company policies and quality standards.Location:
