**Description**
•Visual Storytelling: Translate ideas into captivating visuals that communicate messages clearly and emotionally connect with the audience.
•Digital Graphic Development: Design engaging digital assets for websites, emails, online ads, and other digital media.
•Social Media Design: Create platform-specific visuals tailored for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, understanding best practices and technical constraints.
•Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, and design style, reinforcing a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
•Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals on time.
•Adaptability: Stay updated on design trends and platform changes to ensure designs remain fresh, modern, and effective.
**Qualifications**
•Graduations with Completion of relevant design courses and/or certifications
(e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, etc.)
•Minimum 3–5 years of professional design experience in digital and social media design
•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (experience with other tools like Figma or Canva is a plus)
•Strong portfolio showcasing design work
•Eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color
•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
•Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing
•Understanding of UI/UX principles or web layout design
