The Graphic Designer 3 is responsible for designing brand aligned art and copy layouts for material such as illustrations, brochures, posters, displays, infographics, and signage which are published and used as visual marketing media.

 

Position can be remote in Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico

What you will be doing Work directly with stakeholders to understand needs and strategy; apply best practice knowledge and experience to create a vision of the finished deliverableDevelop project plan that ensure delivery stays on pace and meets deadline; proactively manage deliverables from others to ensure successCreate designs and concepts; determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and esthetic design conceptsUtilize talents and skills to create designs that align with the Company brand, showing creativity and meticulous attention to detail; promote and enforce creative branding conceptGenerate sample of finished layout and presents samples to stakeholders for review and approvalInteract with vendors to ensure accurate quotes for work; convey quotes promptly to project requestor to expedite the delivery processEnsure that the finished deliverable meets the business needs, budget and deadlineTake proactive measures to streamline and continually improve processes to better serve the Company and its stakeholdersLead idea generation efforts in the department; grow design knowledge and be aware of creative and technology trendsCollaborate with other Graphic Designers with the intent of sharing knowledge and growing skills of other department members What will make you successful Bachelor's Degree in graphic designer related/equivalent visual communications field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobProficient in English languageProficient in Spanish languageSignificant experience as a Graphic DesignerExpert level proficiency in a current version of Adobe Creative Suite software; familiar with a wide range of other design, web and multimedia software and applications.A sophisticated understanding and use of typographyProficient at Mac OS or Microsoft WindowsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook or equivalent email and calendar softwareAn understanding of paper, the printing process and finishing techniquesSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversightSpeak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audienceAble to work and think in a methodical and logical way as demonstrated by planning assignments and monitoring performance according to priorities and arranging work schedule to meet critical deadlinesStrong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasAble to persevere despite opposition or artistic criticismDriven to learn and stay current professionallyAble to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over timeAttentive to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
