Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Graphic Design Assistant to join the design team of a growing organisation based in Oldbury.

In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce high-quality creative work across both digital and print media. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, friendly, and design-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting the Graphic Designer with day-to-day creative and production tasksDesigning visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – Premiere Pro is a plus)Creating digital content such as web banners, social media graphics, and email visualsSupporting video editing and basic motion graphics workProducing print materials including flyers, POS displays, and in-store signageEnsuring consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputsHandling file management, image formatting, and occasional marketing adminWhat we’re looking for:

A strong creative flair and attention to visual detailProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of layout, typography, colour and compositionA genuine interest in interiors, furniture, or fashionOrganised, reliable, and meticulous with your workA positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent position following a successful trial period
