We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Marketing Intern** with a strong focus on graphic design and communications to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation. The ideal candidate will assist in designing marketing materials, crafting compelling messaging, and supporting various communication initiatives to enhance our brand presence. **Responsibilities** **:** + Design engaging marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and email templates + Assist in developing and executing content strategies for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters + Support brand consistency by ensuring that all visuals and messaging align with brand guidelines + Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling storytelling campaigns + Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments + Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to improve marketing strategies + Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders + Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company **Skills and Qualifications:** + Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field + Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva + Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content + Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and content creation strategies + Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and storytelling + Learning on the Fly **Wage Range** : The hourly rate for this position is between $12.75 - $18.70 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher.
