Graphic Communications Executive
The Graphic Communications Executive is responsible for selling continuous feed inkjet technology, workflow solutions, and marketing services. This role focuses on driving sales across all graphic communications customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead Ricoh’s expansion in the Graphic Communications vertical through targeted customer strategies, segmentation, awareness campaigns, and relationship building. Promote and evangelize new inkjet technologies. Consult with business owners and senior executives on leveraging new technologies to increase revenue and reduce costs. Develop and present ROI analyses for proposed solutions. Drive business development within the assigned territory. Analyze customer communication needs and develop tailored solutions for both new and existing clients. Deliver, install, and support products and strategies within the territory. Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets, including ongoing page volume growth. Prepare and present compelling proposals and value propositions. Take ownership of resolving workflow and technical issues in collaboration with Professional Services and Customer Service teams. Maintain accurate records of all account activity using Ricoh’s CRM tools. Serve as the primary client contact for sales documentation and process management. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in advanced sales of high-volume printers (preferably continuous feed and inkjet). Proven experience in the Graphic Communications vertical. Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales engagements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong track record in developing new business markets and opportunities. Deep understanding of the Graphic Communications industry. Expertise in selling complex, end-to-end technology solutions. Proficiency in sales methodologies and processes within a matrixed environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, time management, and self-motivation abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Skilled in managing order, delivery, and implementation processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Working Conditions Typically works from a home or corporate office with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Experiences cyclical and daily stress due to sales goals and decision-making responsibilities. May require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and light lifting (under 10 lbs). Requires moderate dexterity for tools such as calculators, keyboards, and hand tools. Daily travel to customer sites, which may not always be accessible via public transportation.
