You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Grand Club Team Leader is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Grand Club.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. · Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
