Graduate Trainee for Sales Representative (Abbott Vascular)

**KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:**
+ Provide and communicate product benefits to HCP through sciences and clinical evidence.
+ Support- and in-service cases in the cath lab
+ Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Achieve the team quota / targets and ensure a maximum coverage of hospitals as planned.
+ Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
+ Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
+ Maintain market data and customer record. Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner.
+ Address product complaints in a timely fashion and as per Policy.
+ Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, medical engineering, or pharmaceutical Science.
+ New graduate - 3 years relevant experience in a hospital, cathlab or sales role in the medical device Industry
