Your Journey:

Receive structured guidance and support from mentors. Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas:

Sales: Generate leads, prepare pitches, and support the sales team to drive business growth.Marketing: Focus in Digital Marketing, clients behavior research and analyze campaign performance.Event Operations: Work on logistics planning, on-site deployment, and event management.

QualificationsRecent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.Passionate about the events industry with a strong desire to build a career in event management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.Excellent in both written and spoken English
