**KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:** The role aims to equip the commercial team with essential knowledge to enhance performance and customer engagement in both virtual and offline settings. The role focuses on developing educational materials from academic insights and managing various digital health projects, involving a transition from traditional approach to blended virtual initiatives. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Gather Academic Information: Collect and organize academic data to support the training of sales staff. + Develop Educational Materials: Create and prepare educational resources for both lifelong learning and microlearning initiatives. + Design Assessments: Develop exams and assessments to enhance and standardize knowledge levels. + Digital health project management: perform gab analysis, stakeholder analysis, operational design and asset governance to driving digital health project + Support omnichannel framework execution (Thailand and APAC): develop business proposal, omnichannel plan monitoring. **_QUALIFICATIONS_** **Bachelor’s in pharmacy is mandatory** An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
