KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To work closely with ANI and distributor team to implement HCPs related materials such as Detailing Aid, Presentation Decks and Rep training materials
To understand market needs, mining HCPs and linking to consumer insights to identify opportunities for market share growth
Develop and maintain relationship with HCPs and KOLs
Secure commitment for HCPs to recommends Abbott’s range of products as brand of choice by increasing HCP knowledge of our product science with role of nutrition in improving their patient quality of life.
Collaborate cross functionally with other functions to support development and execution of patient education related materials and plans
Measure and analyze Reps HCP messaging and formulate action plans accordingly
Do in-field work with Distributor sales team to evaluate team messaging effectiveness and coaching as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in science, preferred Pharmacy
Strong learning agility identified
