We are looking for a

Graduate Technical Sales Engineer based in Espoo (Finland)

Our Arrow’s EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates who completed their education not more than 2 years ago and are seeking to take part in a practical learning curriculum. We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate and establish a solid foundation to build and grow your career at Arrow. During the program, selected candidates will learn on-the-job, improve both professional and soft skills, and will be able to meet with and learn from experts across the business. What will be expected from you in this role role:

Arrow believes that the best way for you to learn is by fully integrating you into the business and giving you accountability for your job-related tasks. Throughout the program, you will also need to complete program assignments to put into practice what you learn and work alongside highly specialized experts on the following:

Relationship Management: You will develop relationships in the existing customer base and explore opportunities with new customers. You will develop and execute customer technology & commercial strategy and plans based on opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledge.

Growth mindset: Proactively develop and manage demand creation pipeline, maintain Project Tracking database. Work closely throughout the customer’s Project lifecycle to drive from Pipeline creation via conversion to billings.

Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: You will maintain communication with customers and ensure their satisfaction of our Digital Solutions.

Cross-Team Collaboration:  you will work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders to generate (Digital) revenue.

Customer Support: You will help, guide and build rapport with customers based on market and platform information. Problem solving will be an everyday task.

Analytical Mindset: You need to analyze systematically the current market status and potential customer base. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders to implement the required next steps.

Requirements:

You must have a legal right to work in Finland.

You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering related studies in 2025 or not more than 2 years ago.

Fluent Finnish and English (oral & written), additional languages are a plus.

Keen interest in new technologies and trends in electronics.

Commercial mindset.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to interact proactively with the team, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders. 

You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.

Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
