You will assist customers with: + Answering questions about tax returns and tax legislation. + Providing support for the use of our software and online applications. + Providing technical and functional support for tax software issues. + Recording and analyzing customer inquiries to arrive at the best solution. + Collaborating with colleagues in Support and Development to expand knowledge. + Categorizing and forwarding complex inquiries to the appropriate teams. + Providing written documentation of customer inquiries and actions taken. + Continuously learning and contributing to improvements in our services. Requirements: + You have a degree in accounting, tax law, or fiscal economics, or are on the way to graudating ( part time will be considered) + You are analytical, customer-focused, and a strong communicator. + You have excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. + You have strong listening skills and can clearly analyze customer inquiries. + You are interested in business processes and automation. + You work accurately and structured.
