Additionally, we facilitate sale-leaseback transactions, allowing you to sell your property while leasing it back to reduce occupancy costs and free up capital for other financing needs. **You are someone with:** + A degree holder or recent graduate, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate or a related field. + Strong interest in CBRE and the real estate industry. + Demonstrated critical thinking skills and self-motivation. + Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a dynamic environment. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex strategic business problems. + Fluency in spoken Chinese and English.
