Your Next Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic New Building Solutions team in Sydney. In this pivotal support role, you will work closely with our Sales Consultants and Project Delivery team to ensure the smooth running of sales operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing administrative support to the sales teamPreparing and processing sales documentation and customer contractsMaintaining accurate records in Salesforce (CRM)Assisting with tender submissions, proposals, and reportingCoordinating internal and external communications related to sales activitiesMonitoring project timelines and helping to track sales milestonesSupporting customer inquiries and providing a high level of serviceCollaborating with other departments to streamline workflows and ensure efficient handovers

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative roleRecently graduated from University or other Tertiary equivalent with a degree in Business/ Marketing/ Sales highly desirableStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA team-player attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience in the construction or building industry (desirable)
