We are looking for a Graduate Sales Engineer to play a key role in connecting our innovative solutions to customers who need them most. Whether you're identifying new opportunities, solving customer problems, or building strong relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, work with cutting-edge tools (including AI!), and be mentored by some of the best in the business.
What You’ll Be Doing: Team up with Account Managers to manage exciting sales opportunities—helping bring deals to life from first enquiry through to signed order. Take the lead with Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers—building relationships, identifying needs, and finding solutions that make a difference. Develop a strong pipeline by qualifying and prioritising leads. Upsell and cross-sell to uncover new opportunities within existing customer accounts. Get hands-on with tools like Salesforce and AI to track progress, gather market insights, and manage your sales activity like a pro. Learn, grow, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
You have: Recently completed your degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar). Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship. Great communication skills and a passion for connecting with people. A love for learning—especially when it comes to new technology and digital tools. Confidence to pick up the phone, have meaningful conversations with new customers, and drive results.
