Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours) Recognized Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.拥有项目管理、建筑、室内设计、工程、电气、土木、施工管理、工料测量或其他相关学历。
Ideally a recognized degree which is eligible for RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent拥有皇家特许测量师学会资格者优先。
Knowledge of fundamental Project Management systems and procedures in the construction industry would be desirable.了解建筑业的基本项目管理系统和程序者优先。
