Cigna Healthcare is delighted to announce a pioneering Graduate Program for UAE Nationals, aiming to nurture and develop the next generation of healthcare leaders. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various departments within Cigna Healthcare in Dubai, while simultaneously advancing your education through the Ethraa Training program. 

Program Highlights 

Rotation Across Departments: Selected candidates will rotate through multiple departments, including but not limited to: Sales & Client Management, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Actuarial, HR, Legal & Compliance. This comprehensive exposure is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare industry. 

Ethraa Program Integration: Participants will be enrolled in the Ethraa Training program, allowing them to enhance their academic qualifications alongside their practical experience. This dual approach ensures that graduates are both theoretically and practically equipped for their future careers. 

Mentorship and Guidance: Each participant will be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support, and career advice throughout the duration of the program. 

Professional Development: The program includes a range of professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and networking events, aimed at fostering essential skills and industry knowledge. 

Eligibility Criteria 

Nationality: UAE National. 

Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, HR Management, Legal, or a related field. 

Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

Commitment: A strong commitment to pursuing a career in the healthcare industry. 

Key Responsibilities 

Participate actively in departmental rotations, undertake assigned tasks, and contribute to ongoing projects. 

Engage in continuous learning by attending Ethraa program classes and completing all educational requirements. 

Collaborate with team members and mentors to gain insights into various functions and processes within the organization. 

Demonstrate initiative and leadership potential by proposing innovative solutions and improvements.
