Your Role: 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr Accountant to join our Controllership team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial transactions, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 

 

The Graduates Program consists of a 12-month contract. There will be an opportunity for rotations within Controllership teams. 

 

Your Role Accountabilities: 

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports 

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded 

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts 

Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes 

Support month-end and year-end close processes 

Maintain organized financial records and documentation 

Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies 

Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed 

Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks 

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (SAP, Blackline) is a plus 

Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus 

English level B1, desirable 

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy 

Excellent organizational and time-management skills 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Good written and verbal communication skills 

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
