28 private room unit Provides comprehensive rehab services to patients 18+

4B Orthopedic:

30 bed orthopedic unit Specializing in total joint replacement, spinal surgery, and shoulder/foot/ankle surgeries

5B Medical/Pulmonary/Renal:

33 bed med/surg unit for adult and geriatric patients Wide range of general adult medical diagnoses (i.e. CHF,COPD and Peritoneal Dialysis

Graduate Nurses must be eligible for State Board Licensure and successfully pass the examination before beginning this role OR ability to start with TPP and must obtain license within 4 months of beginning position. Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the My Nursing Career Ladder based on their individual experience and education.
