Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Graduate Learning & Development Associate in Dubai to play a pivotal role in training coordination and onboarding new employees. This position is responsible for designing training content and assisting with the daily activities of the Learning & Development function. The Graduate L&D Associate will also manage relationships with learning vendors and contracted services, providing essential support throughout the instructional design process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Assists with the day-to-day coordination of the Learning & Development function activities.
+ Administers the learning management system and updates content and learner transcripts.
+ Supports the instructional design team and provides commentary on course materials and employee assessments by using the instructional design tools.
+ Manages relationships with learning vendors and contracted services and supports the instructional design process.
+ Coordinate training sessions and ensure effective on-boarding of new employees.
+ Deliver some basic courses and activities.
**Qualifications - External**
**Requirements**
+ Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences/Human Resource Management/Educational Psychology/Organizational Development/Business Administration/Communication and Media Studies/Technology & Digital or relevant discipline.
+ Recent graduate (2024 or 2025)
+ Language: English
