We are looking for a Graduate Expert – Waste Anaerobic Digestion (FR/PL) to join the BU EUROPE & ASIA, POLISH team.

As a key member of the team, your mission as Graduate Expert – Waste Anaerobic Digestion will be to focus on optimizing operations and acting as a liaison between the Polish teams and the SUEZ Group’s centers of expertise..

You will be responsible of 

Year 1 (France, Paris or Bourdeaux):Update and structure the base of operational knowledge on biogas unitsPromote the use of a knowledge management tool for sharing good practices.Visit biogas sites and collect expert input.Learn about technical, regulatory, economic and environmental aspects of anaerobic digestion.Develop a network of internal experts to support future missions.
Year 2 (Poland, Legnica):Assist the operational team with:Biology follow-upFeedstock recipe managementImplementation SUEZ Anaerobic Digestion standardsImplementation of the Lean management processesImplementation of best practices identified during the first yearActing as a link between local operation and the several expertise centers and teams of Suez GroupProviding expertise and recommendations about agronomic value of the digestate in order to improve its economic valorization in the Polish contextProviding technical expertise in any relevant modification of the proces
