We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** **Parsons is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team!** In this role, you will begin your professional journey within a new PMO supporting major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh City, KSA. **What You'll Be Doing** + Provide support to senior engineers and project controls staff in monitoring schedules, budgets, and progress across infrastructure projects. + Assist in reviewing engineering documents and scopes of work under guidance, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements. + Contribute to cost control activities by collecting project cost data, helping prepare cost summaries, and maintaining records for tracking budgets and expenditures. + Support with developing basic cash flow updates and forecasts under supervision, gaining exposure to cost and financial monitoring practices. + Assist in the preparation of reporting and data updates to support senior staff in communicating project status. + Participate in technical and progress meetings to learn project processes and contribute where appropriate. + Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn across multiple project functions. **What Required Skills You'll Bring** + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred, but not mandatory). + 0–2 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure or related projects (internships and training will be considered). + Strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a large-scale program environment. + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of project controls tools (Primavera P6, Power BI, cost systems) is an advantage but not required. + Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Saudi Nationals only.
