Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer specializing in Architectural Design to join our innovative team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our architectural department, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge projects while honing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations to support design processesPrepare detailed specifications, reports, and related data tables for various projectsCollaborate with design and drafting teams to ensure seamless project executionCreate, review, and approve architectural drawings as requiredUndertake technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgetsAssist in coordinating technical and administrative activities with team members from other disciplines and departmentsSupport the training and evaluation of architectural and design/drafting personnelContribute to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutionsParticipate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related fieldStrong foundation in architectural design principles and practicesExposure to CAD software and other relevant design toolsBasic knowledge of building codes and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate workEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and design methodologiesKnowledge of sustainable design practices and green building principles (preferred)Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (preferred)
