Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer specializing in Architectural Design to join our innovative team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our architectural department, you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge projects while honing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. + Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations to support design processes + Prepare detailed specifications, reports, and related data tables for various projects + Collaborate with design and drafting teams to ensure seamless project execution + Create, review, and approve architectural drawings as required + Undertake technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets + Assist in coordinating technical and administrative activities with team members from other disciplines and departments + Support the training and evaluation of architectural and design/drafting personnel + Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions + Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field + Strong foundation in architectural design principles and practices + Exposure to CAD software and other relevant design tools + Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work + Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and design methodologies + Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building principles (preferred) + Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (preferred) **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
