Introba is looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team in Australia. The Graduate Electrical Engineer position is your chance to join a collaborative team and influence the design of efficient, healthy buildings for a sustainable future. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** **The role** + Assist in the development of building services and infrastructure engineering services solutions and strategies and communication thereof via reporting and design documentation. + Responsible for preparing, reviewing, editing and delivering, any agreed calculations, documentation and/or technical deliverables. + Develop and document engineered design solutions. + Conduct calculations including but not limited to lighting, power distribution, renewable energy generation and storage as part of engineering design solutions and assessments. + Liaise directly with other members of design teams. + Research and data sourcing. + Analyse and interpret relevant codes and legislation. + Interpret design documentation. + Developing practical design alternatives that satisfy legislative requirements. + Self-management of clients and projects. + Ensuring that sufficient and timely project coordination and liaison occurs on appropriate engineering services related issues, and that agreement is reached to the satisfaction of all project stakeholders. + Applying for accreditation and registration with agreed relevant professional institutions and organisations as deemed relevant by management. + Ensuring all relevant project documentation is organised and up to date. + Attendance at site inspections and surveys during project design and construction phases. Follow up on any agreed documentation/advice deliverables subsequent to site visits. + Attending and performing appropriate site tasks with regard to personal safety, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ‘White Card’ training as required. **What you bring to the team:** + Australian Qualifications Framework - Bachelor Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma associated with Electrical Engineering specialisation + Ensuring that Continuous Professional Development (CPD) records and work histories (via CV documents) are kept up to date as milestones are achieved + Adopting a continuous improvement approach towards internal processes and procedures to assist in the ongoing development of the company + Excellent analysis, communication, advisory and reporting skills - the ability to analyse various sources of information, and clearly communicate these complex ideas with less technical stakeholders + A collaborative nature – keen to share knowledge with the team and drive excellence across a range of projects. + Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel + Possess advanced interpersonal skills with clients and staff, along with advanced communication and coaching abilities. **Additional Information** Introba offers a comprehensive total rewards package.
