About the Program:
This program provides a unique opportunity to work closely with regional management and local practices, supporting companies across Europe in developing and executing strategies that enhance client experiences. You will be part of a vibrant team committed to transforming capabilities through industry-leading digital platforms, operational efficiencies, and innovative business models in sectors such as Automotive, Mobility & Sharing Economy, Devices, and Sponsor Programmes.
What You Will Do:
Support Pan-European projects aimed at servicing clients across various industries and driving operational efficiencies.Assist project managers in managing affinity projects from initial sales pitches and business case development to execution, monitoring, and performance evaluation based on KPIs.Contribute to building meaningful customer journeys and promote a client-centric approach by understanding client business models and insurance touchpoints.Help establish governance frameworks, identify and mitigate risks, and support decision-making processes.Aid in client acquisition and retention activities through analytics, business metric modeling, and presentation development.Collaborate on scoping workshops and co-create customer experiences with clients across Europe.Support the development and management of reporting for the affinity segment across Europe.Assist in setting up digital, operational, and insurance programs in multi-country or local projects.What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo in complex environments.Good prioritization skills with an understanding of risks and impacts.Open-minded, flexible, positive, and curious personality.Availability of at least 32 hours per week.What Will Make You Stand Out:
