Annual Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Weekly Hours: Mon to Thurs - 8.30am to 5pm, Fri - 8.30am to 1.30pm

Person specification:Achieved a Structural or Civil Engineering DegreeStructural design of building structures in all materials, but ideally with a focus on steelBe familiar with AutoCadSome experience of working with BS EN1993-1-1, 3, 5 & 8 and BS EN1991-1-1, 3 & 4 would be an advantageHave the ability to form good working relationships with customersBe well organised, self-motivated, professional and able to work under pressureBe responsible for achieving objectives on own initiative, as well as part of a teamBe computer literate and able to communicate design principles at all levelsAttention to detail, accuracy and mathematical analysisMust be eligible and able to prove that you can work in the UK, as the Company does not hold a sponsorship licence.Potential candidates with more experience may be considered
Your responsibilities:Management of projects through the company design and drawing officeDesign of medium rise building structuresClearly communicate designs and concepts to customersProvide technical support and advice to the team of Sales Managers including general structural, fire, acoustic and thermal issuesRepresent the Company at design team meetings and site visits when necessary at various locations across the UK.Please click APPLY now for this great opportunity as a Graduate Design Engineer!
