**Job Description Summary** Positions are available working within the Engineering department for a two-year fixed term Graduate Engineer. These positions are designed for graduates with a MEng / BEng degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. The role will be office based but will require a large percentage of time to be spent on the shop floor to develop your skills and capability. During this time, you will learn and developing your skills and capability with the objective being that you grow and can provide day-to-day technical support to maintenance technicians. You will have an opportunity to work with professional engineers on projects that ensure continuous improvements and growth to the business and the teams around you. The role will provide exposure to hardware from GE90 and CFM56 product lines. The successful candidate will need to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results. This position will require a high level of cross-functional team working with departments outside of Engineering such as operations, planning, quality, sourcing and EH&S.
