What You’ll Do 

As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you’ll: 

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define system architecture and product requirements. 

Specify technical platforms, system inputs/outputs, and hardware/software compatibility. 

Design and evaluate system interfaces for seamless integration with business applications. 

Analyze and resolve system design challenges to enhance reliability and performance. 

Participate in documentation, testing, and validation activities. 

Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and inform future improvements. 

Build strong relationships across teams to support project goals. 

Receive mentorship from senior engineers while contributing to real-world deliverables. 

What You Bring 

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

A passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes. 

Preferred: 

Up to 2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-op placements, or academic projects). 

Familiarity with systems engineering principles and medical device development. 

Exposure to regulatory standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
