Overall Job Purpose:
The Graduate Trainee will undergo a structured development program aimed at equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in their chosen field. This role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of the business operations at FQM Trident Limited.Specific Job Responsibility
Conduct Environmental Assessments: Perform environmental assessments, including site inspections, data collection, and analysis to assess potential environmental impacts.Data Analysis: Analyse data collected from environmental studies and propose recommendations to mitigate environmental risks and enhance sustainability.Report Preparation: Prepare clear and concise environmental reports, including impact assessments, compliance documentation, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.Environmental Planning: Collaborate with project teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning, design, and execution.Research and Development: Coordinate several areas of environmental research and provide meaningful outcomes for business improvement.Data Management: Maintain organized records of environmental data, reports, and documentation for future reference and reporting.Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, geologists, and project managers, to ensure a holistic approach to environmental considerations.Job Specific Competencies
