Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our team.
This job is located in Vancouver – Lower Mainland, BC.
Paying $35–$40 per hour.
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
Operating motor graders to perform fine grading, shaping, and leveling of road surfaces
Reading and interpreting grade stakes and construction plans to maintain accurate slope and elevation
Working closely with site supervisors and surveyors to achieve project specifications
Conducting pre-operational inspections and performing routine maintenance as needed
Maintaining safety, productivity, and efficiency on-site at all times
Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience operating motor graders in road construction or civil projects
Strong knowledge of grading techniques, slopes, and finish work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and laser levels
Physically fit and capable of working long hours in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment
