GPS HSE Coordinator

Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is currently seeking an experienced GPS HSE Coordinator in the Houston, TX area. This is a great opportunity with room for growth and advancement with a company that values their employees.

The GPS HSE Coordinator will analyze incoming data and video from telematics provider on PSC assets and take appropriate actions, stay current on incoming video alert queue ensuring no lag in assignment or dismissal of events, and follow up on coaching events that are outside of established timelines. Major types of alerts that require action include but are not limited to distracted driving, mobile usage, no seat belt, following too closely and rolling stops. 

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

Review AI-generated camera events for accuracy. Dismiss false alerts based on general guidance and assign accurate alerts for coaching in PSC’s telematics system. Using organizational structure guidance, assign coaches for events that require follow up. Notify local Fleet management of hardware issues such as cameras not reporting or obstructions. Update telematics platform to ensure accurate drivers and locations are identified. Attend all GPS/telematics required meetings. Communicate updates or changes to Business Unit Leaders. Establish and distribute weekly reporting.

Education and Experience Requirements:

General knowledge of fleet and equipment operations is desired. Experienced in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. Ability to follow general guidance on camera events that require action or dismiss incorrectly AI generated alerts. Ability to and communicate effectively and react to changing conditions of program administration. Proven ability to multi-task and maintain focus on overall objectives. Ability to work with confidential information. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
