GPM Senior Product Specialist (HeiKey)

As part of the Global Process Management (GPM) team within HEINEKEN Global Procurement (HGP), we’re looking for a GPM Product Specialist (HeiKey) who will play a key role in supporting Procurement excellence across our global network. This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone with strong tool and process expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to continuously improve how we work.

You’ll be the go-to person for one or more of our procurement tools (such as HeiKey / Zycus iSupplier), helping to manage day-to-day operations, enabling best-in-class support to our OpCos, and contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

Acting as a subject matter expert for one or more Procurement tools used across the HEINEKEN network Providing business support to OpCos on tool-related queries and escalating issues when needed Driving the implementation of enhancements, change requests (CRs), and new functionalities Collaborating with Capability Owners, Deployment Specialists, and D&T to ensure tool performance and business continuity Delivering user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and business validation for tool updates Facilitating training sessions and maintaining up-to-date documentation and materials Monitoring system compliance with HEINEKEN policies, data management standards, and global governance Identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to cross-platform integration Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews Acting as a key point of contact for escalations from OpCos and internal stakeholders.

 

You're a good candidate if you have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Procurement, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in supplier onboarding, procurement platforms, or tool support (preferably with SAP, Tibco MDM, or similar systems) A solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (StP) processes and procurement operations Experience working in or with Operating Companies (OpCos), Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) A proven track record of supporting global platforms and cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and D&T stakeholders A passion for process improvement and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working (a plus) Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
