As GPM Product Specialist - Basware, you will be part of the Global Process Management (GPM) team. As GPM, we are providing BAU support to Opco’s all over the world for DBB, BASE and the finance tools. You will be part of the team, covering the full E2E process together with your colleagues. As GPM Product Specialist - Basware, you are the specialist in one or more of the finance tools that we use within Heineken. You have excellent knowledge on one or more of the tools and able to help key-users in the Opco’s solve issues or redirect them to the right person for further support.
You will be continuously looking for improvements and driving them to streamline and optimize the E2E-process. E2E in this case also means aligning with process consultants that manage BAU support on ERP to bridge the gap between the finance tool and ERP. You will also be supporting reporting requests from various stakeholders for them to be able to follow up on process performance and compliance.
Your responsibilities would include:
identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future resolution
maintaining day-to-day tools – monitoring business changes to be implemented and providing D&T with requests and information required for implementation
analysing issues and incidents before they are handed over to D&T team
providing functional / business assessment of issues and incidents
performing functional / business testing of new or fixed functionalities (D&T performs technical testing as a first step, then it must be handed to functional support)
coordinating UAT with key users
assessing requests (CRs, BRDs) to implement new functionalities and driving the implementation
delivering refreshment trainings to key and end users
keeping training materials up to date
supporting system upgrades, new service packs and new notes implementation
acting as a first point of contact for escalations
ensuring OpCo maintain compliance with company policies and processes (PDDs)
ensuring OpCo maintain compliance with Data Management Standards.
You are a good candidate if you have:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in finance or other related studies
at least 3–4 years of experience in finance/accounting in SSC/BPO environment
minimum of 2–3 years of experience in finance function specific to the area of process expertise
experience with invoice management tools (preferably Basware) and SAP
excellent written and verbal English (additional languages are a plus).
You are a perfect candidate if you have:
OpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experience
shared services / global business services (GBS) experience
proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project member, with specific examples
experience in conducting trainings
you have knowledge of Agile/Scrum, experience working in an Agile team a plus.
