GPL Senior Change Implementation Coordinator - Activation IC

In this role, you will:

Support product builds on Core Treasury Management productsWork with multiple Lead ICs on customer requestsEnsure that products are completed according to established timelinesCollaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasksUtilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product buildsEnsure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set upRemain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundingsProactively identify and resolve problems/issues


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

1+ years Treasury Management experience in Service and/or ImplementationDemonstrate strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented proceduresAdvanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPointExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsPrevious project management experienceLegal document review experienceAbility to exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partnersFamiliar with banking terminologyEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to work effectively in a virtual team environment

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$25.48 - $45.67
