Receiving and analyzing incidents reported from the service networkOpening LUPs (Unique Problem Lists) and initiating the resolution processMonitoring the progress of incidents until resolutionWork mode: hybrid

Calificări

The main required qualifications are:

Completed technical studies (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)Technical knowledge of enginesGood communication skillsEnglish language proficiency (minimum B2 level)French language skills are a plus
