GPL Change Implementation Consultant - Payables

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Payables Change Implementation Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team.


In this role, you will:

Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customerApply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful deliveryDevelop business requirementsProvide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fitCreate/manage project plansWork with key partners on project priority and scopeCoordinate appropriate meetingsCommunicate status to project team and the customerProactively identify and resolve problems/issuesEnsure that project tasks are completed according to established timelinesCollaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and complianceCollaborate and consult with partners to deliver an exceptional customer experienceRemain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer’s needs.Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of bothStrong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrentlyElectronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementationsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExperience exercising independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environmentExtensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customersAbility to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partnersProvide training and coaching of less experienced team membersDemonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigationStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to manage multiple or competing priorities

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$68,000.00 - $104,000.00
