ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述
1. Work with Sales person and Customer Service closely, coordinate with other functional departments, so as to ensure exact information of new products are well ready for production before customer order received.
2. Inform each related department of any change/ updates in time to make sure data veracity and validity for production.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责:
1. To communicated with other functional departments effectively, to obtain correct and consistent information for developing new products, record the information completely for future tracking.
2. To quote pricing in a timely manner, fulfill sampling request and provide samples to customer for validation when necessary.
3. Fully understand the production requirement of each product, make sure the specification apply to production facility in Suzhou site, or outsource qualified suppliers to meet customers’ requirements.
4. Check samples and the first bulk production samples carefully to ensure they will satisfy customers, produce sampling card, preserve qualified samples and maintain updated sample record in time.
5. To coordinate with SC department effectively for purchasing the new material that required during new product development, and keep CS department informed of the latest material information.
6. To work out the feasible order form to accomplish customer’s requirements where necessary for Local product.
7. Inform all related departments of any approved information that updated by customer timely and availably, to avoid misusing obsolete information.
8. To perform the deployment and development of new project by following your supervisor’s instructions, and establish logical work flow for new project.
Qualifications
1. junior college’s degree or above, good English language ability in reading and writing.
2. At least one years working experience in Printing and Product Development, knowledge of sampling, customer contacting and quoting.
3. Customer and Market oriented, working experience in printing, design, garment or shoes are preferred.
4. Chariness, patience and able to work under pressure, have ability to manage multi-task.
5. Have capability of analyzing, to provide suggestion and pricing based on logical printing method
6. Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit
7. Well operation in computer, be proficient at office software.
EDUCATION 学历和专业:
