Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** **We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love** Government Affairs and Regulatory Affairs roles are responsible for maintaining the product license during the lifecycle of products for business needs, providing regulatory consultants on the implementation of regulations, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and shaping policy. GRA Executive will support Government Affairs with policy and advocacy efforts on a diverse/complexity of issues, coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure product license available for business and during the life cycle of products, understand business strategies and develop appropriate stakeholders mapping/solution and implement action plans to effectively manage to pursue business needs. **Your Opportunity** + Address the needs of the Government Affairs activities. This includes but is not limited to material preparation and distribution, assisting correspondence with government entities, and coordinating with Associations and key stakeholders. + Coordinate with the RA team to manage GRA database, support on registration activities when needed. + Plan & execute registration tasks as assigned including but no limit to product registration (new/amendment), promotional activities registration. + Provide support to the business team for RA documentation as well as consultancy as needed. + Assist weekly, monthly, and other calls or meetings. This includes scheduling, creating agendas, taking notes/ minutes, and sharing materials with participants. + Assist GRA&QM Head on the administration tasks and team engagement activities, team management and development. + Participate/Lead to Company/Global regional projects for GRA **Who you are** + Bachelor Degree in Health/Science/Medical Technology disciplines + Multi-national companies experience is preferred + At least 1-2 years’ experience in Government and regulatory affairs team in similar industry + Proficient in both English and Vietnamese (spoken & written) + Personal Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Application) + Effective communication, presentation and good interpersonal skill + Creative problem solving, customer handling and time management skill + Ability to work independently and as team player + Self-initiative and Proactive **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
