Mission and responsibilities:

Lead the development, optimization, and adoption of data governance tools to ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient data management across the bank's global operations. This role is critical in driving the implementation of innovative governance solutions while aligning with corporate standards and the evolving needs of the Global Data Platform.

- Development and Optimization of Governance Tools:

Lead the enhancement of the existing Data Quality Control Model, ensuring it operates efficiently in Model Bank/Openbank countries. Drive the design and implementation of new governance solutions such as the Single Data Marketplace and Data Contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. Integrate governance tools into the bank’s ODS stack, guaranteeing technical compatibility and scalability. 

- Governance Evangelism and Coordination

 Promote best practices and foster a culture of data quality and governance across entities.  Develop and implement RACI models to ensure clear roles and responsibilities for operating governance tools. Provide training and support to local teams to facilitate tool adoption and compliance. 

- C360 Model Integration 

Monitor the deployment of C360 use cases across entities to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Collaborate with the Customer Interaction Platform (CIP) team to adapt the C360 model to Adobe’s data structure. Establish best practices for C360 adoption and oversee project execution to meet defined standards. 

- Cross-Team Collaboration 

Coordinate with the Global Data and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on C360 and governance initiatives.Act as a liaison between local entities, CIP teams, and global leadership to harmonize governance practices and tool implementations. 

To be successful in the role you must have:

- Technical Expertise

- Proven experience in developing and implementing data quality models, governance practices, and control frameworks. 

- C360 Model Knowledge

- Analytical and Strategic Thinking

- Communication & Collaboration

- 8 years of experience: Experience in implementing data governance tools in multinational banking environments, and familiarity with Adobe’s data structures and integration methodologies. 

- English level C1
