Accountabilities
Group Tax Initiatives Portfolio Tracking & Reporting:
Manage and refine a detailed list of initiatives, providing guidance to drive consistent data collection from the tax team.Streamline the data collection and reporting process, creating visibility across the tax team and highlighting items requiring additional support.Assist in Project Planning and Execution:
Support project management activities, such as defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with the project team.Project Coordination:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project-related communication.Coordinate project tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Monitoring and Reporting:
Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Monitor identified risks and implement contingency actions as required.Resource Allocation:
Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel and materials.Ensure resource availability and allocation aligns with project requirements.Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, procedures, and guidelines.Essential Skills/Experience
Degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles is preferredFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProblem-solving skills and attention to detailDesirable Skills/Experience
