Governance Lead Resource Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Governance Lead for Resource Management to oversee and enhance our governance processes related to resource allocation and management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the Statement of Work (SOW) approval process, collaborating with Chief Information Officers (CIOs) on resource forecasting, and leading the global rollout of our Center of Excellence for contractor onboarding and automated tools and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SOW Approval Process: Oversee the SOW approval process in collaboration with the Head of North America, ensuring compliance with governance standards and timely approvals. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to streamline the SOW submission and approval workflow. Vendor Management:  Work with Procurement and Vendors to reduce the overall number of contracts with the vendors  Resource Forecasting: Collaborate with CIOs to develop and maintain accurate resource forecasts that align with project demands and organizational goals. Analyze resource utilization data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization. Global Rollout of Center of Excellence: Lead the design, requirements and testing of the global implementation of the Center of Excellence for contractor onboarding, ensuring best practices are established and followed. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate teams on the onboarding process and governance requirements. Global Rollout of Automated Tools and Reporting: Spearhead the global rollout of automated tools and reporting systems to enhance resource management efficiency and transparency. Work with IT and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful integration and adoption of these tools across the organization. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience in resource management, governance, or project management, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of SOW processes and resource forecasting methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Experience in implementing process improvements and managing change initiatives.Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.

The pay range for the role is $163,400 to $235,600. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
