Brook Street is working with an established client that is seeking a Governance Advisor on a Full-Time basis. This is a 12 Month Contract position with hybrid working (Wednesday is the core on site day).
Main duties:
To provide professional advice & guidance on complex issues relating to governance codes of practice.
To develop, maintain and advise on governance framework.
To take and present minutes at a high level.
To resolve issues within Governance function.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
Exceptional level of English
Experience of minute taking & presenting
Experience of involvement with key stakeholders at board level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
