Governance, Policy, and Business Management Lead Analyst – C13/VP
Management FunctionPlan, lead, coordinate and support day-to-day activities relating to projects, including cross functional initiativesAssist in the creation and governance of executive presentations and communications whose intended audience is internal and external stakeholdersMonitor key upcoming meeting and deliverables across Capital Planning and Management and partner with key stakeholders to track progress and developmentsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

6-10 Years relevant experienceExperience in managing highly visible deliverables and/or consulting experienceCapable of diving into details, while bringing a strategic perspectiveAnalytical and problem-solving skillsetExperience with and confidence in developing presentations to senior management and external stakeholdersStrong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a highly dynamic environmentExcellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with authorityKnowledge of the financial services industryPowerPoint and Excel

Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree/CFA preferred
