Google Regional Dealer Manager
**DESCRIPTION** We are currently looking for a Regional Dealer Manager to join our innovative, growing company. The Regional Dealer Manager (RDM) works closely with Wireless and Telco HQ Dealers and their leadership teams, leveraging strategic investments and strong relationships to grow Pixel sales. The RDM’s position carries with it the responsibility to ensure that they are managing internal communication, retail dealer senior relationships, and overall goals and objectives for our client. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly targets for each dealer partner through relationship-building, strategic thinking, and smart financial investments + Manage budgets strategically by allocating funds across accounts, analyzing sales data, tracking performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize spending and maximize return on investment + Develop account-specific strategies by identifying opportunities for sales growth for each account as well as developing and executing tailored strategies to exceed sales goals + Deliver sales enablement and training by planning and conducting events that effectively communicate product knowledge and sales strategies to multiple partners + Engage B2B sales teams and build strong relationships to promote Pixel for Business, driving adoption across small, medium, and enterprise clients through strong relationships and effective solution planning + Collaborate with ASMs and TSMs to ensure key priorities are effectively communicated and executed at the dealer store level + Serve as the go-to contact for partners and stakeholders, keeping them informed on promotions, stock updates, and key details to support and accelerate Pixel sales **Other responsibilities include:** + Acting as the primary liaison between Google and regional carrier dealer accounts, driving growth for Pixel smartphones and first-party products and services + Building and executing strategic quarterly business plans with dealer accounts to increase Google Pixel market share across Retail, B2B, and Employee Purchase Program (EPP) segments + Partnering with field leadership to ensure seamless execution of in-store training, advocacy programs, and merchandising initiatives + Creating and delivering impactful sales presentations and updates for internal and external stakeholders **QUALIFICATIONS** + Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, wireless, or consumer electronics industries, ideally in field sales or retail + Proven account management experience in tech or wireless sales, preferably within consumer electronics + Bachelor’s degree preferred + Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills + Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels + Skilled in identifying, engaging, and influencing both internal and external stakeholders + Experience analyzing sales and market/territory data to consult and support underperforming partners + Proven ability to gather and report insights on competitive products and services to inform strategic decisions + Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, helping define regional direction, goals, and adjusting plans as needed + Must be bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) **ABOUT US** Mosaic is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
