Google Regional Dealer Manager
**DESCRIPTION** **Mosaic** North America is a full-service marketing agency that delivers successful brand experiences for various high-profile clients directly to the people who buy them. We are currently looking for a **Regional Dealer Manager** to join our innovative, growing company. The Regional Dealer Manager will be the key liaison between our client, Wireless Dealers, and Telco HQ Dealer teams. The RDM’s main objective is to increase sales within their territory across all Google Pixel and first party products. The RDM’s position carries with it the responsibility to ensure that they are managing internal communication, retail dealer senior relationships, and overall goals and objectives for our client. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Be the direct liaison between Google and carrier dealer accounts in the region, driving incrementality for Pixel smartphones as well as 1st party products and services + Build and execute strategic quarterly business plans with dealer accounts to increase Google Pixel market share across all business segments (Retail, B2B and EPP) + Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Google / Mosaic), and external stakeholders (Dealer Partner) to get support on proposed programs and initiatives + Manage the region’s promotional budget in a fiscally responsible manner, ensuring spends are driving the highest possible return on investment + Develop and execute marketing campaigns with partners that elevate Pixel’s brand awareness and customer consideration across all segment + Develop strong relationships with dealer’s business (B2B) teams to drive Pixel sales across small, medium, and enterprise customers. Assist dealer’s business team in planning, presenting, and deploying Pixel for Business solutions. + Work alongside field team leadership to ensure flawless execution of in-store training, advocacy programs, and merchandising + Consistently track sales performance through regular partner reporting + Share insights on sales growth opportunities across training, offers, incentives, channel marketing, inventory / supply chain, product seeding, and fixtures + Training & advocacy: source and execute regional events, large scale conferences, and B2B client demos & onsite + Develop sales presentations and updates for internal and external audiences **QUALIFICATIONS** + MUST be fully bilingual in French and English + Bachelor’s degree preferred + 3-5 years of OEM, Telco, Retail, CE experience, ideally in field / store or sales + Strong account management, communication, and problem-solving skills + Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. + Proven experience managing and tracking performance against assigned directives and KPIs. + Knowledge and network of SMB and Enterprise Sales in the Mobility space preferred + Proven experience collecting and reporting information on competitive product and service offerings to management. + Ability to identify and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as influence them. + Knowledgeable assisting in the analysis of sales and market/territory data used to provide consultation and/or correction for under-performing partners. + Passion for technology and leading others with such passion. + Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks. + Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members, sales associates, management, and clients + Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple (and often conflicting) demands. + Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop new program strategies to grow sales. + High level of comfort working under ambiguity, including helping define the direction for their region, defining milestones and when to pivot. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop polished presentations and present confidently internally and externally. **ABOUT US** Mosaic is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
