Key Responsibilities: + Dialogflow Development: Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow. + Looker Integration: Utilize Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance conversational AI insights. + CVP and ICM Integration: Collaborate with contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow solutions with CVP and ICM systems. + User Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve conversational AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure AI solutions meet business objectives. + Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dialogflow interactions to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of conversational designs, integration processes, and data visualization reports.
