**Google Cloud Architect** Location : Remote **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). + Develop and execute multi-cloud strategies, integrating GCP with other cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure). + Implement and champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles for improved system availability, performance, and monitoring. + Oversee cloud operations, focusing on automation, monitoring, incident management, and cost optimization across platforms. + Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption, developing automated provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Cloud Deployment Manager. + Establish and enforce robust cloud governance frameworks covering security best practices, compliance requirements, cost controls, and resource tagging across all cloud environments. + Architect and potentially implement solutions for unified multi-cloud management and visibility, leveraging single control plane technologies where applicable (e.g., Anthos). Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of cloud-native and hybrid applications. Key skills : GCP Architect / SRE / IAC **Salary and Other Compensation** : Applications will be accepted until 5/30/2024 The Salary for this position will be 119,000 to 150,000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
